The special Market sidebar, Straight From Sundance, is an initiative of the European Film Market and the Sundance Film Festival to create a direct pipeline between the EFM and the high profile American festival that immediately precedes it. As a result, filmmakers have the opportunity to introduce their films to the international marketplace and EFM buyers get a first crack at these new films, fresh from their screening in Sundance.
