What is "My Account"?
"My Account" is the industry area of the
EFM website, which offers additional service features and detailed lists of participants in a personal account area for Market participants. The industry area is accessed by logging in to the "My Account" toolbox on the upper right-hand corner of the
EFM website

What service features does the industry area offer?
The industry area offers access to:
- The full versions of the Buyers List, Exhibitors List and Participants List for the upcoming EFM, which include company and contact information (and for the Exhibitors List also stand and film details)
- The EFM Screening Schedule
- Online Film Entry to submit films to the EFM
- Online Registration / Accreditation for the EFM
- Screening Reports of submitted films after they have been screened
- Hotel reservation for Berlinale partner hotels
- Access to the EFM mobile website for comfortable use on smart devices
In addition, "My Account" contains a personal Daily Planner where you can create your personal schedule once the EFM Screening Schedule goes online. You can also save EFM and festival screenings directly to your personal calendar (i.e. Outlook, iCal).
How do I obtain access to the industry area?
The only way to obtain access to the industry area is by registering for the
EFM with a Market Badge or Market Badge + Festival Accreditation. Participants of the
Berlinale Co-Production Market are also granted access to the industry area. For further information on

How to register for "My Account"?
The entire accreditation /
EFM registration process, including application, confirmation and payment, will be done online in your personalised "My Account". You may re-activate your previous account by using your 2011
EFM login or you can create a new account

To the Berlinale / EFM in two steps
1. Accreditation application
Please fill out the required fields of the application form correctly and include an up-to-date photo and your professional supporting document in digital form. No further changes can be made once you have submitted your accreditation application. Approval of applications submitted after January 6, 2012 cannot be guaranteed.
The Berlinale will inform you as quickly as possible by e-mail whether your application has been accepted.
2. Confirmation and payment
If your application is accepted you must confirm your attendance via your account within 14 days. Festival accreditations / EFM badges can be paid for in advance online by one of the following credit cards: MasterCard / EuroCard, American Express or VISA. On request, a payment by bank transfer is also possible. After January 31, 2012 the fees can only be paid on site at one of the festival cash points. Fees can be paid in cash, EC or credit card.
Can I change my login details?
Yes, if you know your login details you can change your user name, password and e-mail address at any time. Log in on the EFM website, click on "My Account" in the "My Account" toolbox on the upper right-hand corner of the EFM website. Enter your new user name and password in the respective fields and click "submit."

What is a film entry account?
A film entry account allows you to submit films to the EFM without being registered for the upcoming Market. This account provides limited access to the industry area of the EFM website, allowing you to access online film entry and screening reports only.
Should you register for the EFM with a Market Badge or Market Badge + Festival Accreditation at a later time, your film entry account will automatically be upgraded to a regular “My Account".

Do "My Account" login details work for Cinando?
No, you will receive the access code for www.cinando.com directly from the Cinando administrators. If you are registered for the EFM 2012 with a Market Badge or Market Badge + Festival Accreditation, you will have access to Cinando until April 15, 2012.
How long are the"My Account" login details valid?
Your login details are valid from the moment you register for the upcoming EFM until the end of September following that EFM. When the registration period re-opens in mid-October, you must register for the following EFM in order for your login details to be valid again. Should you cancel your EFM registration, your login details will become invalid.
