The EFM Industry Debates provide a unique opportunity during the European Film Market for producers, buyers and film financiers to discuss current issues relevant to the international film industry. From changes in production financing to new opportunities offered by digital distribution, the Debates bring experts from all areas of the entertainment industry together to provide insight in a relaxed atmosphere. Panel discussions are followed by an audience discussion and a networking reception.  

 

The EFM Industry Debates have taken place since 2007 and have been held in cooperation with the international trade magazines Screen, Variety and The Hollywood Reporter. The 2009 and 2010 Debates were presented by the Commerzbank.
