In order to get access to the industry area of this site, you must be registered as an
EFM participant with either a Market Badge or an
EFM Screening Pass. Further information about the features of the industry area can be found

The European Film Market (EFM) is primarily aimed at professionals such as sales agents and distributors, acquisition executives, producers, exhibitors, financiers, as well as representatives of the TV and home entertainment market. In order to register for the EFM, you must show proof of active professional work in the film industry.
1. Market Badge with Festival Accreditation
allows access to:
- EFM locations (Martin-Gropius-Bau and Marriott)
- EFM Screenings
- Selected Berlinale press screenings
- Selected official screenings in various festival sections
- Producers Lounge and Panels at the Berlinale Co-Production Market
- Login for the industry area of the EFM Website
- NEW: Login for Cinando (ending on January 31, 2011)
Please note: In order to receive a Buyer's Badge, you must:
- Tick "Buyer" on the accreditation form
- Order a Market Badge
- Be deemed eligible as a Buyer under EFM rules
2. EFM Screening Pass (without Festival Accreditation)
allows access to:
- EFM locations (Martin-Gropius-Bau and Marriott)
- EFM Screenings
- Producers Lounge and Panels at the Berlinale Co-Production Market
- Login for the industry area of the EFM Website
- NEW: Login for Cinando (ending on January 31, 2011)
Please note: the EFM Screening Pass does not give access to festival and press screenings.
3. Festival Accreditation
allows access to:
- Festival screenings based on the availability of cinema tickets
- EFM locations (Martin-Gropius-Bau and Marriott)
Please note: priority access to all EFM locations is given to attendees with a Market Badge, an EFM Screening Pass and a Multiple Day Pass.
The Market Badge with Festival Accreditation, the EFM Screening Pass and the Festival Accreditation are strictly personal and non-transferable.
Please note that the EFM badges have to be paid in advance, per credit card only.
After the deadline for official registration has passed, you can still purchase a Market Badge, an EFM Screening Pass, a Daily or a Multiple Day Pass on-site – based on availability.
Market Badge
You can purchase a Market Badge (for € 350, which includes a € 50 late registration fee) only if you are already accredited for the Festival.
EFM Screening Pass
The EFM Screening Pass can be purchased on-site for € 300.00.
Multiple Day Pass
The Multiple Day Pass is available for € 120.00 and allows access to the EFM (Martin-Gropius-Bau and Marriott). This Pass is valid for the entire duration of the EFM. However, access to EFM Screenings and Festival screenings is not included.
Daily Pass
The Daily Pass is available for € 60.00. On the first weekend of the Market (13 - 14 February, 2010), the sale of Daily Passes cannot be guaranteed. The Daily Pass allows access to the Martin-Gropius-Bau and the Marriott for one day only. The Daily Pass does not allow access to EFM Screenings and Festival screenings.
