Meet the Festivals is built to provide participants with expertise from film festival programmers in the fields of documentary, fiction, animation & series. Available to those with a Market Badge, participants may book up to three 10-minute long one-on-one meetings with festival representatives via a pre-registration form provided by EFM. All participants are called to come well prepared to these sessions. Please bring visual material to optimise your pitch! If participants book more than three meetings, additionally scheduled meetings will be removed.

Only Market Badge holders who have pre-registered can attend the sessions. To access the booking tool, you must be logged in. Participants are able to schedule up to three 10-minute one-on-one meetings with festival representatives through the Simply Book me booking tool. If a participant books more than three meetings, the extra scheduled meetings will be cancelled. Participants are encouraged to come prepared with visual aids to enhance their pitch. A booking confirmation will be sent via email for confirmed meetings. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking so that other participants may book the open slot.
