on-site only

Despite ongoing challenges, Ukraine's film industry demonstrates remarkable resilience and creative vitality. Ukraine on Screen connects international film professionals with Ukraine’s evolving production landscape, presenting concrete opportunities for collaboration. Ukrainian filmmakers continue creating compelling cinema even amid blackouts and war, while the country’s film institutions build robust infrastructure to support international partnerships.

The event offers an in-depth look at the latest national film policies and strategic priorities for cross-border collaboration. Attendees will discover available funding opportunities, co-production frameworks, and practical tools ready to be applied to their next project. The showcase features five carefully selected Ukrainian works in progress, representing diverse genres and creative visions. Project teams will present exclusive footage, production details, and financing needs, actively seeking international co-producers, sales agents, and partners. A dedicated networking segment provides space for meaningful connections with Ukrainian filmmakers, producers, and directors. Participants can meet directly with project teams, discuss co-production arrangements, and explore collaborations with representatives from Ukrainian film institutions, who will guide them through practical steps for engagement.

This event is designed for producers, distributors, sales agents, film fund representatives, and festival programmers interested in discovering new co-production opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting Ukrainian cinema’s continued growth.
