Supported by the Ministry of Culture and the Centre Cinématographique Marocain (CCM), Morocco’s vibrant film scene will present itself from multiple perspectives at the Berlinale’s EFM 2026.

The Country in Focus programme offers Morocco’s film industry a dedicated platform, giving its filmmakers the opportunity to introduce their work in greater depth and spotlight key facets of their creative and industrial activities.

Highlighting film countries such as Morocco at the market not only strengthens the EFM’s international relationships with individual industries, but also fosters exchange and collaboration between them.
Morocco in Focus at the EFM serves as an important global showcase for Moroccan creators, enabling their stories and projects to reach new audiences and opening up new export opportunities for the industry.

The programme will offer numerous opportunities to meet Moroccan producers, distributors, investors and creators, and to discover a wide range of Moroccan productions and co-productions.
