The emergency department of Germany's toughest and most overcrowded hospital is once again under new management in the form of young Munich doctor Zanna Parker. In the catch basin for Berlin's madness and hedonism, her reform measures meet with resistance from the hospital staff - above all from the anarchist emergency doctor Ben.
