Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Vinyasa Yoga Flow is a dynamic practice open to all levels, with a focus on linking movements with synchronised awareness of the breath.
This morning sequence will energise and work all parts of the body, to give a 360 degrees workout for body and mind, to help ground you, creating space and stillness within, so you’re ready for the day ahead.
Class will include breathwork (pranayama) asanas (sun salutations, standing positions, forward-bends, back-bends, accessible inversions) and finish with reclined full relaxation (shavasana).
Samantha will partly demonstrate using verbal cues to develop attention to your practice.
Matteo will assist students in positions.
