Producer Antigoni Rota first brought the 2024 Encounters-title ARCADIA to the Berlinale in 2020, when she was selected for the Talent Project Market. Besides having been made as an international co-production with Bulgarian and US partners, the film is also an unusual collaboration between three Greek producers who will share how they financed the film, and how trust and growing together has helped them evolve on this journey.
