Online EFM Submission Form
Please click the button below to start the online film submission process.
- If you need to interrupt your filling out of the film entry form, simply click "Save" at the bottom left-hand corner of every page of the form. All the information you entered will be stored in your personal "My Account" under My Film Entry & Trailer. As soon as you log in again, you can edit or complete saved film entry forms.
- You will be able to automatically retrieve company addresses by clicking the "Save" link in the bottom left-hand corner or after filling out and saving your first complete film entry.
- If you submit or save more than one film entry form, you can automatically retrieve the forms separately in My Film Entry.
- Once your film entry form has been submitted, it can no longer be edited.
